Ortwin purchased our 100th gram of Fairtrade Gold, just in time for Fairtrade Fortnight. We’re passionate about working with ethically sourced materials and since achieving Fairtrade Gold Certification, back in October, our makers have been working on a range of pieces. These include Engagement Rings and Wedding Rings, in 18ct Yellow, Red and White Fairtrade Gold.
We are enthusiastic promoters of the Fairtrade Foundation and the global difference it is making and hope you join us in supporting this worthy cause.

Ortwin sketched the above bespoke design for a commissioned ring.
Andy is crafting the ring in 18ct Yellow Fairtrade Gold and the centre-piece will be a striking Madagascan Oval Sapphire, complemented by pear shaped Diamonds set into the shoulders. The design cleverly incorporates subtle lines in the shank (ring part) which, combined with the diamonds, act as a white balance to contrast the brilliance of the Sapphire.
