Terms & Conditions of Sale
On receipt of payment, the customer becomes the legal owner of the specified jewellery.
If we are arranging delivery of the item to you, we will bear responsibility for insuring the item(s) while in transit.
Upon customer signature of acceptance of the delivery, our insurance no longer applies.
Please note – Prior to signing for the delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the visible condition and feel of the outer packaging and be satisfied that there are no signs of tampering or damage. Upon signature the jewellery is no longer covered by our insurance and any claims for damage, as a result of transit, will be the responsibility of the customer. If there are signs of tampering or damage, please photograph it in the presence of the delivery person and contact us immediately.
All of our jewellery is guaranteed for one year, against faults in manufacturing, from the date of purchase. If you believe your jewellery has a fault, please contact us to arrange a return. Also, see our Returns Policy for additional information.
