Peacock Freshwater Pearl Stud Earrings on 9ct Yellow Gold

A classic pair of 4mm Freshwater Pearls, with a peacock colouring, ear studs on 9ct Yellow Gold posts, secured with butterfly backs. We have a wide selection of Freshwater and Akoya Pearls set on 9ct or 18ct Yellow or White Gold posts ranging in size from 4mm to 9mm. These pearls are produced in Japan and the United States on a limited scale, but are now almost exclusively produced in China. The quality of cultured freshwater pearls is evaluated through a grading system of a series of values, namely lustre, shape, surface, colour and matching.
