The provenance of all materials is of the utmost importance if we are to create truly authentic jewellery where we can. Our pieces feature traceable diamonds from around the globe – discovered deep in the Canadian Tundra, within the plains of Botswana and in the isolated Australian outback.
Recently Ortwin found a remarkable 0.86ct certified emerald-cut Diamond mined in Canada.
A lovely example and a large stone, it has excellent symmetry and beautifully cut proportions. Ortwin felt immediately compelled to sketch several engagement ring designs as a showcase… However, he’s decided to await the right commission for such a special find.
